You agree not to use our platform to upload harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with other users' access, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws. All Gifted provides online educational programmes, curriculum, and related services. While we strive to maintain the highest quality, educational outcomes depend on many factors including student effort, parental support, and individual circumstances. Enrolment in our programmes is subject to our admissions process, and we reserve the right to decline or discontinue enrolment at our discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the All Gifted website and learning platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and course materials — is the property of All Gifted or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
5. Fees and Payment
Tuition fees and payment terms are communicated during the enrolment process. All fees are due as specified in your enrolment agreement. We reserve the right to change our fee structure with reasonable notice. Refund policies are outlined in the enrolment agreement provided at the time of registration.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Gifted shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
