Pamela Lim
Entrepreneur. Educator. Mother. By calling, not by accident.
Before founding All Gifted School, Pamela was an award-winning entrepreneur — recognised as Top 10 Woman Entrepreneur, Most Promising Woman Entrepreneur, and Netrepreneur of the Year. She led her company from 3 people to operations across 7 countries, and was the first Singaporean to achieve dual listing approval on both NASDAQ and SGX.
Pamela holds a granted patent for an AI-powered adaptive learning system, and has a second patent pending with the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) for an AI-powered automated course generation system (Application No. 10202503234T, 2025). Her work sits at the intersection of education, technology and intellectual property — long before AI became a headline.
Pamela spent a decade as a full-time lecturer at Singapore Management University (SMU). Harvard-educated, she brings rigour and warmth in equal measure.
Her guiding principle is rooted in the Chinese proverb 教人教书 — to teach a person is to teach the book of life, not merely the textbook.
Mother of five. Four of her children entered university before the age of 14. Founded All Gifted School in 2014 after searching for suitable education for her youngest — a school built not just for her own children, but for every child who deserves to be seen.

Pamela’s five children all entered university between the ages of 11 and 15. Her fourth child, diagnosed with learning difficulties, became the youngest student ever admitted to the University of Queensland.
